about — Grace Browne

My name is Grace and I'm a freelance journalist, with a focus on science, health, and the environment. ​

My writing has appeared in outlets such as New Scientist, Undark, OneZero, BBC Future, Inverse, Hakai magazine, The Scientist and LiveScience, amongst others.

I am currently completing a graduate programme in Science Communication at Imperial College London, where I am an editor at the award-winning magazine I, Science.

I have a degree in neuroscience from University College Dublin, where I wrote for the science section of the college newspaper, the College Tribune. ​

I am a member of the Association of British Science Writers (ABSW) and the National Union of Journalists (NUJ).
