about — Grace Browne

Hi! My name is Grace and I am a staff writer at Wired UK, writing for the science section.

Before that, I was a freelance journalist, covering science, health and the environment. My writing has appeared in outlets such as New Scientist, Undark, OneZero, BBC Future, Inverse, Hakai magazine, The Scientist and LiveScience, amongst others.

I have an MSc in Science Communication from Imperial College London, and a BSc in neuroscience from University College Dublin, of which I remember extremely little.

I am a member of the Association of British Science Writers (ABSW) and the National Union of Journalists (NUJ).
